:: ¿dónde está el pollo?::

WHERE. IS. THE. Chicken?

This week was spent just working on odd and end little jobs around the house. I hope to get some of that posted this coming week.
Today,Saturday, was our youngest grand-daughter ~Emily's ~ 2nd Birtthday! She is just 2 months younger than Easton... and so fun and cute to be around.
She likes Dora the Explorer. (and Dora teaches Spanish on her show)

They are such fun, at this age!!!  (we thought she was going to climb inside this bag)  :)

So... where is the chicken?

Why, Up on the Roof . OF COURSE!!!!!
Where else would one of our chickens be?!  I left it there and let it figure out how to get down on it's own. After all...we were heading to a birthday party.

Never a dull moment around here.

I'm linking up here and am hoping to have a NON-eventful Somewhat Sunny Simple Sunday. (we had rain today and there is more fore casted for tomorrow)

Sunny Simple Sunday

Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight.

Hope your chicken made it down or it's going to be really hard to gather those eggs! ~ Maureen

I love your posts. That rooster walking around your yard just fascinates me!
Thanks to Dora, I and my family know more useless spanish phrases than we'll ever need here in CANADA where I don't know a single Latino person.

Another delightful post Pat! How do you do it??? The birthday party sounds like fun; your right, that is such a cute age! And I'm sure the chicken will be fine ...still it was fun to see the picture of her on the roof!
Enjoy the rest of your day!

Rain oh I am so jealous. I want rain. That little darling is so cute climbing in the bag. You almost can't see her. Oh these chickens. I swear never a dull moment.

I suppose if a chicken can figure out how to get ON a roof, it can figure out how to get off the roof. :)
Happy Birthday to Emily!

"Chicken On A Hot Tin Roof"???
Thanks for the chuckle...Hopefully, your eggs won't be poached!
I appreciate your cute comment on my "Aprons Aprons" post. I recently began adding scrunchies to some of my ladies aprons. I think they're so much more comfy than the regular knotted ties.
Have a happy week, my friend,
Blessings,
