:: Having another Gogh at Art

Do you ever just see something on line and say... "hey, I want one!"?  I know that could be dangerous.

But, that's just what happened when I saw this chalk drawing at A Cultivated Nest ... I was feeling quite inspired!

So...naturally, I sent an email to Manuela...and she said, "Sure! use my picture."  Thanks Manuela for the use of your picture AND THE INSPIRATION.

Seriously, I'd like a cow painting...
But, hey... this will do!

I took a picture of it...because well, it's a chalk board and next week there will probably be scribbles
or stick figure families
or flowers
or whatever else the Littles draw, while standing on a step stool... practicing writing their A-B-C's and 1-2-3's .

Also, it says, Eat More Chik'n... but you know how I love my chickens.

Corn-Flake

Right now I'm waiting to see who among them notices the drawing. Seriously, sometimes people The Honey, don't notice any changes for days!
Is it like that in your home?
Little changes that go unnoticed?

He is the rock; his work is perfect; for all his ways are judgement. He is a God of truth and without iniquity; upright and just is he. ~Deuteronomy 32:4

I know that feeling! It takes my husband days to notice things, and the other day, my son "just" noticed something I had done months ago! Sigh.....

Love the cow! And I loved Manuela's cow when she first out it up.
I change things so much, my family does not mention it either.

No, he notices but thinks is a horrible plot to drive him crazy. He says that just when he knows where to find something, I move it. Then once he gets used to the new place, I move it again! LOL!

I hate to say "men are like that" because I don't like stereotypes or sweeping statements but, yes some changes never get noticed. That's way a blog is for, I say.
Your cow drawing is for gorgeous, Pat! You are really showing off your artistic abilities these days... don't stop my friend, keep on and enjoy the creative process.
Have a wonderful week!

big changes go unnoticed around here! Great chalk drawing. While hanging out with friends this weekend, we talked about going to one of those paint classes... I'm sort of anxious to go to see if I can actually do a painting.
love your corn flake!

Its always like that! I've got Mr. T so paranoid that he's always looking around now to make sure he doesn't miss one of my tricks. Love your moo-cow. Ann

Hi Pat ... love your cow drawing.
Like you, changes go unnoticed, but that is okay, because I can play around with my decorating as often as time permits.

Oh please, I totally changed up my fall mantel a few days ago and my husband still hasn't noticed it!

My Hubby won't notice anything for quite awhile. Every now and then he will notice, mostly if it's something he isn't crazy about.
I love the cow. I have been wanted to buy a picture of a cow but have been waiting til after the holidays.
Holy Cow, he he.
