It’s ICAD not ICADs…

I can't speak for other bloggers, only myself.
I'm very dependent upon Instagram, right now.   It is quick and instant. I like the connection I get there, and most of the Insta-grammers I connect with are

1. family that doesn't read my blog  or

2. people whose blogs I've read in the past.

Though, I have linked up with some Insta-grammers (is that a word?)  who I otherwise would not know, except for Instagram.  More recently, I've thought about ditching some of those I follow. Simply put... I don't recall why I'm following them!

Anyway, as to blogging,  I go back and forth and right now, I am blogging mostly what I've posted on Instagram... That’s ICADs for me.  ICADs … I think is incorrect.  I think it should be ICsAD … (pronounced; ick-sad )
For some reason this event has become a 'thing' for me.  I'm passionate about it.  I like doing it.  It's become part of me now. Part of the artsy- me.

I like art. It was one of my favorite classes so far in school!  Some consider it a waste of time, but for me it’s not.  It’s important. So important… that I do it (create) everyday, in some form or fashion. Right now it’s ICAD.

I have many aspects of creativity in my being. Why I feel the need to create, I don’t know.  But I do!  Much of it is digging in and finding how what ever it is I’m working on at the moment… is related to me.  Why must I make it?  Why must I get it out?  It’s almost journaling—I can certainly look back through my cards and see a snap shot of what I’m going through at the moment.  While I do follow the prompts—I go my own direction with them, some are on a very personal level.

I have an instagram but rarely use it.
Your cards are great. The landscape and 1960's were my favorites.

I share your interest in creativity and art and I've been enjoying your Instagram posts. Why do we love to create? Good question. https://www.openbible.info/topics/creativity.

Ick-sad!! Too funny, and I think you're right-- or does that mean we have to make more than one card a day?? This is getting too complicated. Love your bouquet and 60s collage. They're all fun! So here's the eternal question: do you "do" anything with your cards, or just keep them in a box like me?

Summer is winding down... I'll be glad to see fall get here--are you ready?

take care!
