I always use photoshop and it seems to well for me and my limited skills. I have the free version too and it seems to do a lot, have not tried pic monkey though, this photo is very nice!
Very pretty! I am really enjoying PicMonkey...I think it is really easy to use. I have Photoshop Elements and loved Picnik...but I think PicMonkey is really fun!
