:: Visiting Tree Frog--

Early in the summer or late in the spring—the fence came down out back and so did lots and lots of trees.  We’ve had so many different species of birds and other creatures in our yard—birds I’ve seen over the years; but just not so close and personal.  One day last week- we had the pleasure of seeing this little guy on our porch—

I hear them in the trees all the time now, but hadn’t spotted one until now.

He wasn’t bashful—he turned around for the camera! They make wonderful photography practice.  Though, I should probably be using my camera.  I took these with my iPhone.

He actually turned completely around and went back to his first position. He was watching us as much as we were watching him.  I listened for him last night—but didn’t hear any tree frogs up close.  So I’m guessing he has moved on his way.

Aren’t they cute?  I don’t touch frogs.  I tend to be squeamish when it comes to frog. They give me the heebie-jeebies.
But still they’re cute.

Til next time, Be Blessed!

He looks so small ... likely can really hide when they are on a tree.
Interesting ...

We had one in our living room this morning! It was so funny, we were all in the living room when my nine year old's brow furrows, her eyes get all squinty, then they pop open so huge, before yelling, "Why is there a frog in the house?!?" Poor little guy didn't know what he was in for. All the kids wanting to hold and exclaim over how cute he was!
