I have gotten out of the routine of blogging and I’ve taken to Instagram – I thought I’d take today to showcase a sampler of activities and pictures from there.
Making an effort to capture our MIGHTY OAK in all seasons! Record snow fall !
However, I truly do like Instagram. I have a mix of interest on there—some are family, some are bloggers—and some are random. I also post there pretty regularly—especially when I’m away from blogging.
Sold the dryer late last summer—didn’t plan on record snow fall! Taking advantage of Sunshine and Wind—getting the laundry done. In fact, today—I only have wind, but the clothes are drying despite the soggy ground from all the rain
Saw this and pulled over to take his picture: I call him Invinci-BULL!
Biggest thing to hit our town since… well, I don’t know! We are mostly a rurally populated area—and according to the latest numbers the town Population is 1,199 folks! I didn’t recognize a soul inside here when my daughter and I visited on Monday. I’m sure most are passers-by on their way home.
Daily trying to live by The Word!
In an effort to push myself to write more—I’ll be sharing on any given Saturday a sample of events, activities, links of interest or thoughts I’m calling it Kernals of Corn. I hope it will be of interest to you-- and no, it won’t always be pictures from Instagram.
Trust Him in all things!
Patricia

Trust in the LORD, and DO good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.
Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

I have tried instagram...just can't seem to get the hang of it. Wow...a walmart food store? Wonderful..We need one here in Chandler to bring competition to our new Brookshires.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
I have not tried Instagram. I do not think I need another media outlet in my life. FB does the trick for our family. Love seeing clothes drying in the wind.
So nice you visited my blog! Hey I'll take the Saturday Kernals to try and keep up with you. I don't know what instagram is actually. I must live under ah rock lol. Facebook and blog is where I hang. I wish I could hang out wash on the line for that fresh smell. I do lay my pillows in sunshine though. Take care and I'll be back next Saturday.
I have heard about neighborhood markets but never have seen one.
Thanks for the wonderful Instagram portraits of life, Patricia. You have talent for taking peeling back the deception of an "ordinary thing" and showing a layer of its beauty.
I will be looking forward to your "Kernels of Corn" every Saturday. I always enjoy your writings.
Hugs,
Audrey Z.
