Yes, I had a nice and quiet mothers day. Both sons worked and I told my girls-- who are mothers...NOT to do anything big to instead take the day for themselves!
...They weather was a different story. There were storms all around our area, but they skipped us and went to the next county. It's bad.
People are missing.
I'm praying for the communities on both sides us!
I do remember reading that one, you're so right! I started out with a bad attitude yesterday. Pretty sure it had something to do with having a puking daughter all the day before. I was surprised at myself, but the day certainly improved and my family was very sweet to me! Very glad the weather skipped you, but will be praying for those who were hit!
I'm catching up with you Pat now that our wifi has been restored. Beautiful flowers and the peace and quiet is lovely. Our move is complete! Well, except for the unpacking and organizing! Now I'm in need of some peace and quiet! Ann
