I wanted to say a big thank you to all of you who left message on the blog last week—when I gave my health report. I was sort of whiny. :/
Well… I was really whiny. I don’t like whiny. But anyway—thank you all for your kind words and many suggestions. I do appreciate ya!
I mentioned in that post—I felt like I’ve obsessed over the food. It’s true!
Well, this weeks prompts for the ICAD 61 day challenge for the summer… were all food related!
I stuck with it… and here they are!

**** A note from me: It has been brought to my attention that some are having a problem commenting here at CORN… I have absolutely no reason or understanding why that is. I regret that you’re not able to comment. I’ve checked and double checked what could be the problem.
I blame GOOGLE + …
Ever since I connected the blog to Google over a year and half ago—I’ve had problems. Not sure at the moment what to do in order to fix it.
HERE ARE THE MAIN ISSUES:
- some CAN’T COMMENT
- some ARE commenting—but their comment is by-passing the email notification TO ME, telling me there is a new comment (so it goes undetected)
- I don’t see the comment until I log into blogger—and have comments to moderate
- NOW… some are not even going into my moderation folder… instead, by-passing both MODERATION and EMAIL NOTIFICATION
IT’S CRAZY!
You can of course email me from my profile and at the bottom there in the ORANGE COFFEE POTS… I HAVE AN EMAIL BUTTON. I am so sorry for the inconvenience--- until I can hopefully get it worked out, please bear with me.

So far, I have been able to leave comments. The index cards look great! Wish I had more time to doodle. Maybe at the campground next trip there....
I like this ICAD project very much- yours are fun and creative and a bit quirky, just like you :)
PS my comment went right through - I am the desktop version and I did check the I am not a robot box.
Great job! LOVE the Scrabble letters-- very clever. I always learn something from other's art. Thanks!
Just catching up with your last post! I have had to make dietary and lifestyle changes, too, and while it has been hard, I had to do it or be sick. When it makes you feel better to make the changes, I think it's easier. And I think over time, it just becomes your normal...
no problem commenting here.
I love those index cards... and so envy your stick-to-it-ness. These will end up being great keepsakes for the kids and littles..... just so darn sweet.

Love all your cards from week two. I really love the carrot and lemon banner, that is cute. :) Great colors! Looking forward to seeing your week three cards! :)
I must have missed the ICAD part. What does it stand for? I love all the cute cards!
