I’m so very grateful to the LORD for our home…be it ever so humble. I love it! I have been spending the last few nice weather days outside, finishing up projects.
I helped Honey hang the new screen door last week and then I was able to add the little corner pieces and paint—that made all the difference.
I washed the windows and then we put some trim base board down along the porch where the porch and house meet up together. It looks so much nicer!
If the weather is nice this weekend we’ll no doubt be outside finishing up the back part of the house; where we’ve replaced the siding already and screen door. Hopefully, it will be nice and warm and we can paint and be finished with it.
If not…then I hope to get some cleaning and preparations for the holidays done inside!
I know that God has placed us here in this place we live and has made us stewards of this house and land. We’ve not always been the best stewards; but I know HE has brought us full circle to where we are today, with both our hearts bent towards Him. I’m very grateful most of all for that!
