:: Entertaining an Idea--

I never ever in my wildest dreams thought I’d show you this picture again.
But… here it is.

Cloaking device

Yes! I’m talking about the CLOAKING DEVICE  Entertainment Center…again. Not that BEING entertained really has anything to do with it.

Entertainment Center after update

In fact, if you read about the Entertainment Center and the Cloaking Device it had become… then you’d know, that I thought we were going to watch that TV until it died or the cabinet burst from all the video tapes that it held- yes! video tapes;

But No, instead we were gifted a flat screen last year at Christmas. Didn’t see that coming!

Flat Screen Dilemma

Oh yes! and remember how mortified I was when The Honey offered our previous TV to that nice couple that took our couch and loveseat? here

Well, not much has changed about that picture above. IN.SIX.MONTHS!  I’ve taken things away—ACTUALLY. HAULED. THEM. AWAY!  I’ve also added a table below the TV.
But nothing—NOTHING! has been done to hide the cords.

Oh they have been gathered. Slim-lined, even.

IGNORED!

They still show!  In fact…they’ve multiplied. Like Rabbits.     But MOSTLY, yes, they’ve been ignored.

I’ve had an idea stirring in my brain. Though, I’ve not had the energy or ‘get up and go’ to do it.  (A Hit and A Miss)  But tonight—while sitting here in the crafting/computer/sewing room… it HIT ME!

I’ll be back in a few days, hopefully to show you what I’ve come up with.  I just know I’m going to love it. I hope you do to; and that this brain storm of an idea solves all my problems. Well, maybe not ALL MY PROBLEMS… but at least the ones in the living room, maybe some in the crafting/computer/sewing room too!

Til next time, Be Blessed!

I think everything should be cordless. I imagine that my grandchildren, if I ever have any, will not know what cords are.

Suspense begins to build!!!! I hate cords and go to great lengths to hide them. Can't wait to see what you do with yours.
