:: Saturday and Sunday—Sewing, Yard Work,

zippered pouches

Yesterday I had my 2 grandsons – and while digging through the toys, the youngest, Easton, found a zippered pouch left by his cousin.  It had lots of her little do-dads, and trinkets inside.  It was also of the ‘PRINCESS’ VARIETY.  He promptly poured out the contents; reasoning, “she left it in the toy box and I can put my bullets in there…”(nerf bullets)  I told him he could use it, but had to put it back the way he found it before he left.

The conversation continued… bottom line;   He didn’t have a pouch to put his own stuff in, and he needed one.  So I got busy and made two!

His is the Captain America—his brother’s is the Batman.  Anything Super Hero and you can pretty much get a hug, AND YARD WORK out of those two boysI drive a hard bargain.

Today, we burned a brush pile—and shed remnants.  We called ahead to the County first, and seeing how we’d had over 10 inches in the last week… they let us!

I am late getting this post out for today—I really thought I’d get it out last night.  But I had a minor glitch with the blog… I think I have it all fixed now.

I hope so.

If you read Corn on your phone, ipad, tablet, android device, etc.  You may not be able to leave a comment.  It started acting up again… Not sure how that is going to continue to work, seeing how I have blogging obligations for roughly the next 9 or 10 months.   I’m hoping to get it repaired… so please check back periodically.
